Viper's Suggestions For Improving A Sexless Marriage

This is my Holiday gift for all of you in a sexless marriage. First, do not panic. It can't get any worse. If you want to try to change things, you need to try new things. Next, determine if there is a medical problem that may prevent either you or your spouse from enjoying sex. Chronic illness or the side effects of certain medications may be the culprit. It is also possible that age related sex problems have occurred. Sometimes, it is not a problem, it is just an incompatibility in sex drives. If you suspect any of the above, seek medical help.

2. If it is not a medical problem, consider counseling. Lack of trust, unresolved anger, jealousy, and/or resentment are all possible causes of lack of intimacy. A couples therapist may help uncover the root of the problems.

3. Try to learn you partners desires and needs both in and outside of the bedroom. Guys, if Mamma's not happy, no one in the household will be. If a partner is withholding sex to gain an upper hand in the relationship, therapy is strongly recommended.

4. Improve your communication skills. Women need to feel the intimacy outside of the bedroom before they will provide physical intimacy in the bedroom.

Give it a try folks. It beats a vicious divorce!

Joel Brodsky Is Featured On Legal Pub

I am not a big fan of Drew Peterson. I do however, think he should get a fair trial. Drew was about to embark on a nasty divorce when his wife disappeared. No one knows what happened to Stacy or if they do, they have not revealed their information. Legal Pub has an exclusive interview with Drew Peterson's attorney. I found the interview informative and while I still am not a Drew Peterson fan, I tip my hat to his attorney for his zeolous representation. I am convinced that Joel Brodsky thinks Mr. Peterson is being treated unfairly. I can't say that I disagree. Legal Pub hits the mark, Peterson is innocent until proven guilty.

Robin Williams Wife Files For Divorce

Well, Legal Pub beat me to it. LINK

But a serious question needs to be asked: Has Robin Williams become a victim of the Prozac enraged women who in general are mad as hell and just aren't going to take it any more?Or is his estranged spouse an entrepreneur who wants to cash in on her half of the wealth?

Perhaps the answer is neither. But the divorce practice is thriving and as the number of divorces grow, so do the wallets of those practicing family law! That little piece of paper called a marriage license is funding alot of legal retirement plans....

So I Sold Out...

So I sold out. I went for the big exposure and published on Legal Pub. I could regurgitate my advice for men on selecting a mate here, but why not just give the LINK. The temptation to have 1000 or more men read the advice as oppose to a hundred was just too great.

I do think Paul Dobranski has something to offer men in the way of advice. For my female clients and readers, yes the advice may be sexist but keep in mind it is intended to be read by men only. I promise I will do something only for women on this site.

Legal Pub Hits the Mark On Improving Custody and Child Support

Outstanding new idea to reduce domestic violence by improving the divorce system. Definitely worth the read! LINK HERE

In essence, Legal Pub advocates changing the way custody and visitation are awarded. He advocates true joint parenting and shared responsibility. Instead of paying child support, both parents pay into a fund with one of the parents administering the fund.

I like it! I think it would work.

Divorce Would Have Been A Safer Option For Julie Jensen and Mark Jensen

Julie Jensen wanted authorities to investigate her spouse if anything happened to her, according to a letter read to jurors Monday during opening statements. (Her husband is being tried for her murder.) Mark Jensen, 48, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of his wife who was found dead of poisoning in 1998 in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.

"I pray that I am wrong and nothing happens, but I am suspicious of Mark's suspicious behaviors and fear for my early demise," Julie Jensen said in the letter read by Special Prosecutor Robert Jambois. (She had told a neighbor to share the letter if anything happened to her. Mark Jensen was charged with first-degree murder in 2002, but the trial has been delayed until now. The defense claims that the 40-year-old woman was depressed and and poisoned herself to frame her cheating husband.

Jambois claims Jensen failed to take his wife to a hospital, even though she was sick for three days before she died. Julie Jensen also told police, a neighbor and a teacher that she thought her husband was trying to kill her. Recent changes in Wisconsin's Evidentiary Rules have apparently made such evidence admissible.

Jensen allegedly poisoned his wife with ethylene glycol (antifreeze) so that he could be with a girlfriend. (She is now his new wife.) Judge Bruce E. Schroeder has not yet decided if taped jail phone conversations between Jensen and his current wife will come into evidence.

Divorce would have been so much cheaper...
